There are no substitutions on the wedding packages above. However, J Renee Photography understands not all weddings are alike so I am happy to create your own custom package from my a la carte pricing to make sure you get everything you want with your photography on your wedding day! I am here to work with you to make sure you get everything you dream of on your wedding day and make it as easy as possible on you!

All wedding packages require a 30% non-refundable retainer to reserve your date and a signed agreement on file. The retainer is due at the time of signing the agreement. Your date is not reserved until both the agreement and retainer has been received.

J Renee Photography understands things may change and dates and venues might get changed in the future from unforeseeable events. I am happy to reschedule your date for a future date and apply your retainer to the new date provided that date is open and available one time. Additional date changes will require a rescheduling retainer of $150 added to the balance after the first time.

The health and safety of my clients is my utmost concern and J Renee Photography will take precautions for all weddings or photo sessions with respect to Covid-19. While photographing your wedding or portrait session J Renee Photography will follow all CDC requirements including wearing a mask, washing hands, being vaccinated, and using sanitizer periodically throughout the day to make sure germs are kept at bay.

J Renee Photography offers virtual consultations via zoom or via phone if a client wants instead of in person consultations as well.

J Renee Photography has the top of the line professional-grade Canon cameras and lenses as well as studio lighting to bring on location to ensure the best quality portraits. J Renee Photography retains backup equipment in the event something were to fail and also carries full liability, general business, equipment insurance, and indemnification insurance.

J Renee Photography's standard timeline for editing portraits after the wedding is 6-8 weeks during our peak season. Albums and Photobooks are processed and created typically within 10-12 weeks assuming all proofs have been approved prior to printing in a timely manner and no revisions are required.

I have been a professional wedding photography in Wichita, KS for the last 15 years although I have been a professional photographer for closer to 25 years now. I have photographed hundreds of weddings over the years and have extensive experience in Weddings, Quinceanera's, Portraits, and other events.

All retainers for your wedding date are considered non-refundable. Cancellation and refund clause state that if a couple cancels their wedding, they must notify me immediately by phone and writing. Couples will make every effort to avoid canceling their wedding. If they canceled their wedding because of a change of mind, no monies would be refunded to the couple.

My Force Majeure/Act of God clause is very comprehensive. In the event of a Force Majeure/Act of God event, the client and I would work together to find a suitable date that works for both of us. In case a date can’t be agreed on by the client and myself, I will have sole discretion in refunding all monies paid minus any expenses/retainers.

Every effort will be made to accommodate the wedding couple as J Renee Photography understands unforeseen circumstances do arise and my ultimate goal is to find a favorable outcome for everyone!
